Where can I see the  products?
Suite Wood currently has a showroom in Amsterdam. If you are unable to visit our showroom, our knowledgeable product consultants can guide you through the decision making process via telephone or email. We are more than happy to send, free of charge, additional product information, photographs, and material samples when available.
 
How can I get a sample of upholstery?
As you view images throughout our site of both products and material swatches, please bear in mind that your computer screen may not represent the colors accurately. We recognize that consideration of colors, fabrics and finishes is an important part of the decision making process. You may fill out a sample request form online. You may also request samples by email by telephone.
 
What do I do if I need more product information?
If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Service staff via info@suite-wood.com
 
What is the lead time?
We have a lead time for our standard products of 8 - 9 weeks.
 
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping in NL with an order above € 50,-.
For an order below € 50,-, we will charge € 6,75 shipping costs. Note that this is not by registered mail.
 
We ship worldwide, but for deliveries outside of the Netherlands, we ask you to get in touch with us through the e-mail address info@suite-wood.com.
 
Please note that all international customers (outside the EU) are liable to be asked to pay country/state import duties and taxes at the time of delivery of your parcel.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept iDeal and Paypal as the form of online payment. But you can also transfer the outstanding amount.
 
How do I change my order?
Due to the lead time of the furniture, the factory begins production shortly after orders are placed. Therefore we are only able to change your order if manufacturing has not already started. Please contact customer service if you wish to change your order.
